    Ok ya this guy has a body but…when he poses he looks like he is going to take a shot and alot of judges dont give bodybuilders points because their posing is terrible, and as if flexing hurts, ya he is tired after a workout i understand that, but he doesnt need to make it seem like flexing is the hardest thing in the world, girls dont think thats even hot dude, they think you are a retarded fuck that has bowel problems, fixing the posing and you wont be that bad.

    @9mm1970 thanks! For traps I go heavy on front barbell shrugs and barbell upright rows ( 3 sets each x8-10 reps). I then do a little lighter weight, high rep, dubell shrugs in the 15-20 rep range x5 sets for a massive pump and muscle fiber stretch

    5’7
    173 lbs.
    Approx. around ~ 10% bf maybe less
    Bench = 315 lbs Current 1rm
    Seated military press = 225lbs x 10
    Deadlift = 435 lbs current 1rm
    Squat = 365 lbs x 8
    I don’t like to max out squats or military presses to avoid injury. Estimates can be made from my reps at this weight respectively. Body fat is regularly taken with a hand held digital monitor, not the most accurate way to measure, I know;)
